Current Workout Routine

My current workout rotation consists of:

  • Monday:  45-60 minute lower intensity cardiovascular workout
  • Tuesday: interval weight training
  • Wednesday: 45-60 minute high intensity cardiovascular workout
  • Thursday: 45-60 minute high intensity cardiovascular workout
  • Friday:  interval weight training
  • Saturday: 45-60 minute lower intensity cardiovascular workout (or high intensity if I’m feeling up to it)
  • Daily 10 minute stretches following all my workouts

Week 6/27/10

  • Monday: Jari Love- Get Extremely Ripped
  • Tuesday: Turbo Sport
  • Wednesday: Barre in morning; Jari Love- Get Ripped & Chiseled in evening (minus lower body work)
  • Thursday: Cathe Friedrich- Imax 3
  • Friday: Jari Love- Get Ripped 1000
  • Saturday: Barre in morning; Amy Bento- Hi-Lo Dome Challenge

Week of 6/20/10

  • Monday: Jari Love- Get Ripped 1000
  • Tuesday: Amy Bento- Kickbox Surge
  • Wednesday: Jari Love- Get Ripped to the Core
  • Thursday: Tae Bo- Get Ripped Advanced I
  • Friday: Jari Love- Get Ripped 1000
  • Saturday: Cathe Friedrich- Cardio Core Circuit (x2)
