Current Workout Routine
My current workout rotation consists of:
- Monday: 45-60 minute lower intensity cardiovascular workout
- Tuesday: interval weight training
- Wednesday: 45-60 minute high intensity cardiovascular workout
- Thursday: 45-60 minute high intensity cardiovascular workout
- Friday: interval weight training
- Saturday: 45-60 minute lower intensity cardiovascular workout (or high intensity if I’m feeling up to it)
- Daily 10 minute stretches following all my workouts

- Monday: Jari Love- Get Extremely Ripped
- Tuesday: Turbo Sport
- Wednesday: Barre in morning; Jari Love- Get Ripped & Chiseled in evening (minus lower body work)
- Thursday: Cathe Friedrich- Imax 3
- Friday: Jari Love- Get Ripped 1000
- Saturday: Barre in morning; Amy Bento- Hi-Lo Dome Challenge
Week of 6/20/10
- Monday: Jari Love- Get Ripped 1000
- Tuesday: Amy Bento- Kickbox Surge
- Wednesday: Jari Love- Get Ripped to the Core
- Thursday: Tae Bo- Get Ripped Advanced I
- Friday: Jari Love- Get Ripped 1000
- Saturday: Cathe Friedrich- Cardio Core Circuit (x2)
